One of three skids delivering 0.8% sodium hypochlorite from a ClorTec on-site generation system. ProMinent diaphragm pumps are the ideal choice for this application requiring high injection pressure of 85 psi.

The Blue-White M3S pumps here are at a rechloramination station and used for metering of sodium hypochlorite and ammonium sulfate. The small tanks sit on containment weigh scales.

The tote in this photo has been placed on a Scaletron 4042IBC tote containment weigh scale with 1380 L containment capacity, meeting the requirement for 110% secondary containment. A floor-mounted ProMinent Sigma pump system provides large capacity dosing.

ProMinent’s standard duplex diaphragm pump system includes all commonly required accessories ilke pressure relief valve, backpressure valve, pulsation dampener and calibration column. Floor and wall mounted versions are available.

Blue-White M3S peristaltic pumps with Quick Disconnects on a dual plastic skid for sodium hypochlorite. Quick Disconnects enable quick, easy and safe tubing replacements.

A wall mount skid system with a ProMinent diaphragm pump. The Scaletron weigh scale indicator has been mounted on the panel in a space-efficient installation.

Multiple ProMinent gamma/X chemical systems with Scaletron weigh scales in a space-efficient installation.

Blue-White M3 peristaltic pumps with Quick Disconnect fittings have been placed onto this sodium hypochlorite skid which previously had other metering pumps. Peristaltic metering pumps are ideal for offgassing chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite since they are self-priming and immune to air-lock.

ProMinent’s Extronic pumps are rated for Class 1 Div 1 environments and may be used in lift stations or headworks areas, like in this application for odour control chemical at a lift station.

This skid also features a drip tray with a containment lip and drain valve, an operator-friendly feature to capture small spills.

A simplex wall-mount ProMinent diaphragm pump skid, with a Scaletron platform scale sized for a standard IBC tote.

ProMinent Orlita hydraulic diaphragm pumps can meet extremely high pressure requirements. These pumps have been sized to deliver 37 L/h of chemical at up to 1000 psi injection pressure.

A compact installation: simplex Blue-White M3 pump system with Quick Disconnects, paired with a Scaletron containment weigh scale with 40 L integral containment.

ProMinent can provide highly-customized skid systems in virtually any desired layout. This skid of 5 alum pumps was constructed in 2007, and photographed after 17 years of use.

New Blue-White M3S peristaltic pumps with Quick Disconnects have been retrofitted onto an existing skid (skid was 14 years old at time of photo).

This system has ProMinent pumps of multiple sizes installed in order to meet the client’s wide operating range requirements. The system has been designed so that larger pumps can fit into the space if required in the future.

The ProMinent DFYA peristaltic hose metering pump provides a unique combination of high capacity up to 600 L/h, high discharge pressure up to 87 psi, and up to 80:1 turndown via a built in VFD. Excellent suction lift of up to 8 m is available. We have used this pump in both challenging chemical metering and reservoir water sampling applications.

An older Blue-White M3 pump, with a newer Blue-White M3S pump. The pumps are physically the same size and share all spare parts, making upgrading very simple.

Finish-Thompson pumps are commonly used for chemical transfer. This installation features a self-priming pump serving the chemical containment sump, and a standard magnetic-drive pump for chemical transfer.

A space-efficient installation of Blue-White M3 peristaltic pumps for alum dosing.

This alum skid with three ProMinent diaphragm pumps was built with space and piping to accommodate a fourth pump in the future. Each pump has its own dedicated discharge line and is furnished with a backpressure valve, pressure relief valve and pulsation dampener.

This skid also features an inlet stabilizer to improve suction performance; this is commonly added when systems are used with very tall tanks.
